Making just the one appearance for Bury, Worrall was quickly snapped up by Premier League side West Bromwich Albion in 2007.

Next up was a move to Southend United for two seasons, making over 75 appearances and enjoying his best goal scoring period, with nine goals in two years.
Finally, David the move to Millwall last season in the summer of 2016, helping the club gain promotion through the play-offs to the Sky Bet Championship.
