Port Vale are pleased to announce the signing of midfielder Sam Kelly.
The 21-year-old put pen to paper on a two-year deal, with an option for a further twelve months, on Monday afternoon.
Having come through the ranks at Premier League side Norwich City, Kelly moved to Everton in 2012 and spent over a year at Goodison Park.
The winger is a predominantly left-sided player and manager Rob Page is delighted to have secured his signature.
He told port-vale.co.uk: “I’m very pleased to welcome Sam to Port Vale Football Club. I’m sure he will be a valuable player for us over the next few years.”
