Port Vale have signed forward Louis Dodds to a new contract.
The 28-year-old sealed his new one-year deal, which has an option for a further year, at Vale Park on Friday morning.
A regular under Rob Page last season, Dodds made 41 appearances for the Valiants and scored four goals in 2014/15.
The former Leicester City trainee originally signed for Vale in 2008 following his release by the Foxes. He has since played just shy of 300 games.
Manager Rob Page said: “Louis was an important player for us last season so it’s very pleasing that he has signed a new contract with the club.
“His versatility and creativity makes him a very valuable member of this team and I’m looking forward to working with him again next season.”
