This weekend's match against Doncaster Rovers is our first Team Valiant dedicated fixture of the season!
We're looking forward to welcoming you all to Vale Park for the match and below is a guide on how you can redeem your tickets.
Before you purchase the tickets you will need to ensure you have linked your Family/Friend to your account, this will allow you to purchase tickets for Team Valiant members.
To do this go to View Account Menu > Account Management > Network
From there, you can add your Family/Friend and continue with the below.
Redeeming YOUR Team Valiant Ticket Instructions
- Team Valiant Members can purchase tickets in the Hamil Road Family Sections (maximum of 2 per Team Valiant member).
- Select amount of tickets you require.
- Select the Comp Offer that reflect the Team Valiants Member that you are taking to the game (e.g. If they're a Teen Valiant member, select 13-17 Comp Offer).
- Select the Comp Offer Price Class for the supporter attending the fixture with the Team Valiant supporter.
- At the checkout, you'll be prompted to login if you're not signed in already.
- You may get an error message and be prompted to reassign the tickets to the appropriate member (the adult ticket will need to be in the Team Valiants name).
- Once assigned, you can then proceed and purchase your tickets.
