Darren Moore has confirmed The Valiants' Captain and Vice Captains for the upcoming 2024/25 season.
Ben Garrity has been named as the club's Captain as he moves into his fourth campaign at Vale Park with returning favourite, Connor Hall, and new signing, George Byers, named as our Vice Captains.
Speaking of his captaincy choices, Port Vale FC Manager, Darren Moore, said:
"This season, there's a new look upon the captaincy and the two vice captains. I think all three have great stature in terms of them as men and great stature in terms of them as players within this football club.
"All three carry leadership and respectability within the dressing room and I think with the three of them, you never know how the season will pan out, but should somebody be missing from the matchday squad, we have three there that can step in at any point.
"Off the pitch, they all command a huge amount of respect from their peers in the dressing room. Any information that they're giving out, they're giving it from the right place to help others moving forwards and I think within the club and out in the community, all three share the same responsibility.
"I wish all three of them the very, very best for the upcoming season."
