We can now confirm Payment Plans for 2024/25 Season Tickets will be available from 9am this Thursday (13th June).
Supporters will have until Sunday 30th June to sign up to the payment plan and must take note of the following steps:
- The initial sign-up process can only be completed in the club store. You will need an email address to complete this.
- A follow-up link will be sent to the registered email and must be completed within 10 days of receiving it, failure to complete this step will cancel the plan and you will lose your season ticket.
- The final date to sign up for the payment plan is Sunday 30th June 2024.
- Joint bank accounts cannot be used to sign up to the payment plan.

UPDATE 15:00 - 11th June 2024
For supporters who will struggle to get to Vale Park they can call the Club Store from 9am 13th June or email tickets@port-vale.co.uk to arrange a call back at a convenient time.
With delays with our banking system, this is the only route the club could take to ensure payment plans would be available in good time.
We would of course prefer all supporters to be able to do this through the new ticketing portal - but unfortunately, due to reasons beyond our control, we have had to settle with the above method.

Please note there will be a £10 admin charge per ticket for supporters who wish to set up a payment plan - this will be taken at the initial point of contact at the club store.
