The trio have had a few weeks to bed in and get to work on the training ground with the players as well as see what they’re all about on match days.
Speaking to Valiant PlayerHD in the lead up to Vale’s final pre-season game, Bodin said he is enjoying life at the club alongside his new colleagues.
“We’re getting on really well,” he commented. “Our performance coach, John Harbin, has been around the game, been at the top level.
“He’s a smashing man, very humane, easy to get on with, got lots of great stories for us so he keeps us entertained with that.
“I’ve spent a bit of time at the hotel with Dave Timmins, the goalkeeping coach, and he’s doing a great job with the keepers, working them really hard.
“We all get on really well and obviously the current staff already here we’ve gelled with fantastically well.”
