Orient forwards Darius Henderson and David Mooney are both 11/2 to open the scoring at Vale Park.

Barnsley v Bristol City
Record-breaking Bristol City are favourites as they travel to a Barnsley side who have struggled on home soil so far this season in Sky Bet League 1. Coventry City v Peterborough United
Second-placed Peterborough are being well backed to strengthen their position in the Sky Bet League 1 automatic promotion spots. Posh have won four already away from London Road but have lost the other three with no draws. They are 13/10 to come away with the three points while the Sky Blues, who have hit the buffers in recent weeks with only one point from their last seven games, are 2/1 to get back on track at the Ricoh Arena with a victory. Alex have seen a remarkable change of fortunes in recent weeks after a run of four successive defeats had left them adrift at the foot of the table and were 1/8 for the drop. They remain favourites for relegation but increased optimism has seen their odds move to a less-forboding 8/15. The Blades’ early-season form was patchy but seven points from the last nine on offer for Nigel Clough’s men has seen them ease into the play-off places and they are currently 9/4 fourth favourites for promotion from 3/1 three weeks ago. Sky Bet’s correct score group betting offers 12/1 for a Crewe win by 3-0, 3-1 or 3-2 and 11/2 for the visitors to win by the same margin.

Doncaster Rovers v Milton Keynes Dons
Doncaster Rovers are 2/1 to bounce back from successive defeats with victory over fifth-placed MK Dons at the Keepmoat Stadium. Paul Dickov’s charges were a 9/2 shot for promotion in Sky Bet League 1 following an emphatic opening-day win at Yeovil but their inconsistency has seen them drift to a current standing of 16/1 to regain their championship status at the first attempt. In contrast the Dons have strengthened in the promotion market and are a 9/4 shot to go up from 5/1 on the eve of the season. Karl Robinson’s men have won three and drawn one of their six matches on the road so far and are 13/10 favourites for another triumph with the draw available at 12/5.

Gillingham v Crawley Town
Gillingham are 7/5 favourites for victory against Crawley as they look to bounce back from a dismal run of just two points from 18 in Sky Bet League One. They suffered only their second league defeat at Priestfield in midweek against Preston and will hope Cody McDonald can rediscover his scoring touch. He is 5/1 joint-favourite with Danny Kedwell to score the opening goal and it is 11/2 that they both score in 90 minutes. Crawley claimed their first win in four with a 1-0 home success over Walsall in midweek and are 15/8 to follow it up with another three-pointer. The draw is a 23/10 shot. Top scorer Izale McLeod is 5/1 favourite in the Town ranks to score the opening goal of the game and it is 11/4 that he scores in a win for John Gregory’s men.

Oldham Athletic v Bradford City
Oldham, who are unbeaten in their last ten games in Sky Bet League One, are even-money favourites to overcome mid-table Bradford at Boundary Park. The Latics warmed-up with a 4-1 midweek win over Coventry with striker Jonathan Forte bagging a brace to take his tally for the season to 10 – second only in the league’s scoring chart to Chesterfield’s Eoin Doyle (14). After defeats by Barnsley and Sheffield United, the Bantams bounced back with a highly creditable 2-2 draw at runaway leaders Bristol City in midweek. Phil Parkinson’s men have a much superior record on their travels having lost just once in seven outings and it’s 11/4 for them to win again here. City’s on-loan striker, Jon Stead, had a spell with Oldham last season and is 13/2 to score the opening goal against his former club and 2/1 to score in 90 minutes.

Preston North End v Fleetwood Town
Preston are odds-on to register a sixth consecutive win in Sky Bet League 1 as they host an inconsistent Fleetwood side on Saturday. The home side are 8/13 for another three points, with Fleetwood rated 9/2 for a third away win of the season, though a draw would be a good result for the visitors and that’s 11/4. However, Graham Alexander’s side have only scored five goals on the road this term, so Preston to win without conceding, as they have done in four of their last five, looks a good bet at 13/8. That said, Fleetwood have followed their last two league defeats with a win, and they can be backed to take all three points with both teams to score at 10/1.

Scunthorpe United v Notts County
Notts County could prove a big price for an away win as they travel to Scunthorpe on Saturday. County are unbeaten away from home in Sky Bet League 1 this season, with three wins and three draws on the road. They can be backed to claim a fourth win on their travels at 17/10, though home advantage sees Scunthorpe rated 6/4 favourites, with a draw on offer at 12/5. Considering Scunthorpe have lost four of their seven home games, the temptation is to look towards the visitors here although both teams to score appears even more likely at 4/6. In the first goalscorer market, Garry Thompson of the Magpies is the 11/2 favourite.

Swindon Town v Colchester United
Swindon are odds-on to return to winning ways as Colchester travel to the County Ground on Saturday. The Robins put together a nine-game unbeaten run, which was ended by Rochdale on Tuesday night, but they’re 5/6 to bounce back with a win. The U’s are rated 16/5 for a third away win of the league season, though Swindon have lost just once at home in the division this term. A draw is more likely than an away win at 13/5, while the correct score betting suggests a 1-0 home win is the most likely outcome. As for the first goalscorer market, Jonathan Obika, Andy Williams and Michael Smith are each rated at 4/1, while Freddie Sears is deemed Colchester’s biggest threat at 12/5 to score anytime.

Walsall v Chesterfield United

Yeovil v Rochdale
According to Sky Bet, there’s little between the sides as Yeovil host Rochdale on Saturday. The Football League sponsor go 9/5 on the home side, 7/5 about the visitors, while a draw is 23/10. The Glovers have only won once so far at home in the league this season, while Dale have claimed four victories on the road - with no draws - so the logical bet would be to back the visitors. On top of that, Rochdale have four wins in their last six to the hosts’ one. However, both teams to score is considered likely at 4/6. Matt Done and Ian Henderson of Rochdale head the first goalscorer market at 11/2 apiece, while James Hayter is 6/1 to beat them to it for the hosts.
