Further to the emails sent by Carol Shanahan to season ticket holders last week and the information published on the Club’s official website and social media channels, we would like to clarify the situation for individual match tickets bought for both home and away games which were subsequently cancelled.
First and foremost, Port Vale Football Club would like to thank our Season Ticket holders for their overwhelmingly positive response to Carol’s open letter. The donations will provide a positive boost during this very difficult time for the Club.
Fans who opted into our Crawley-Bradford offer or who purchased tickets for any of our other home games against Crewe Alexandra, Grimsby Town or Newport County, or the away trip to Oldham Athletic are now able to claim a refund.
In addition, Valiants that purchased a ten-match package will be able to claim a refund on any unused matches remaining within your allowance. In order to do so, you must provide your remaining unused vouchers to the club. Further details are provided below, however these tickets can also be donated.
The COVID-19 pandemic has had a severe impact on many of our fans and if you wish to claim a refund, please send us your tickets at the address below with your full name and address and we will organise the rest. The closing date for applying for a refund is 31st July 2020:

If we have not heard from you by the 31st July 2020 we will assume that you have donated your refund.
We wish all our fans good health and will seek to update you on how the 2020/21 season will commence as soon as the EFL provide further information.
