Over the course of these 31 fixtures, Davies handed out 106 yellow cards and six red cards. The last time he took charge of a Vale game was back in January 2016 when Vale travelled to the Den to face Millwall, but were beaten 3-1 on the day.
Alongside Davies will be Mark Dwyer and Adam Crysell as assistant referees, as well as Daniel Middleton as fourth official.
