Eddie Ilderton will referee Port Vale’s clash with Burton Albion this weekend.

Mr Ilderton has taken charge of 24 games so far this term, brandishing 51 yellow cards and sending off three players.

The last time he officiated a match involving the Vale was in during the 2013/14 season when Stephen Gleeson, Ben Reeves and Patrick Bamford all scored in a 3-0 loss.

Alan Clayton and David Plowright will assist Ilderton as linesmen while Kevin Mattocks will be the fourth official.
