Neil Aspin's Port Vale host Notts County this weekend in Sky Bet League Two action, but what happened last time the two sides met?
Last season, The Magpies came out the victors on both occasions as the teams met in the league, but Aspin will be hoping his side can replicate the scoreline when Vale travelled to Nottingham in 2015.
Max Marshall scored his sixth goal of the season against Shaun Derry's side, to ensure The Valiants ran out 1-0 winners over Notts County.
The winger capitalised on a defensive error made by the County back-line, as Mike Edwards crashed into goalkeeper Roy Carroll in the seventh minute. Marshall was on hand to tap into an empty net to put Vale into the lead within ten minutes of kick-off.
It wasn't plain sailing from then on in as The Magpies passed up a number of opportunites to get back on level terms with The Valiants.
Garry Thompson was first to go close having been played through by Paddy McCourt, though couldn't get enough contact to provide the cutting edge.
Again, County almost levelled proceedings through Liam Nouble, however the forward couldn't beat Chris Neal havig been put through one-on-one with the Vale stopper, with Neal coming out on-top.
Shaun Derry was left disappointed following the defeat and claimed he was beginning to sound like a 'broken record', as his Notts County side dropped to 19th in League One. The three points lifted Port Vale into the ninth spot, just three points of the promotion places.
