Port Vale FC can confirm that after a collective eight-year-long partnership, the club will be leaving kit suppliers, Errea.
From record-breaking sales to innovative shirt designs, we extend our sincerest thanks to Errea for their unwavering support, professionalism, and innovation throughout our partnership.
Speaking of the partnership, Port Vale FC’s Head of Commercial, Ritchie Bates, said:
“On behalf of Port Vale FC, I would like to personally thank Fabrizio, Andrea and the whole team at Errea for their support throughout the duration of our partnership.
“Following Carol and Kevin Shanahan’s acquisition of the club, we re-introduced Errea back into Port Vale at the last minute and the speed and quality of which we were able to turn the kit around from initial designs to production and distribution speaks volumes of the professionalism, support and commitment that they have shown to us throughout the years as a club.
“I have known and worked with Fabrizio and the team at Errea for years throughout the other clubs that I have worked at; I am proud to have had the chance to work with them again here at Port Vale and to have created the memories that we have both on and off the pitch, the kits and memories linked to those kits will remain woven into the fabric of the club for years to come.
“We wish Fabrizio, Andrea and everybody connected with Errea continued success in the future and sincerely thank them for being an integral part of our journey.”
Fabrizio Taddei, from Errea’s Global Partnerships Department, said:
“As many fans know, our story with Port Vale started back in the 2014/15 season, with just a brief pause for 2018/19, and we were very fortunate that the reforming of our partnership coincided with Carol and Kevin Shanahan’s acquisition of the club and we were, therefore, involved in what can only be described as a revolutionary period in the club’s history.
“To be involved at such an exciting time has been an absolute pleasure and it has also resulted in some amazing shirts, at least one of which we have no doubt will achieve iconic status with the fans, if it has not already done so.
“We are immensely proud of the work that we have done with Carol, Colin, Patrick, Ritchie, Roberto and all the commercial team at PVFC over the past 4 seasons and I would like to wish everyone at the club the very best of luck for the future.”
An announcement regarding our new kit supplier will be made in due course.
