Port Vale Football Club can confirm that Tom Conlon has picked up an injury and will face up to 3 months on the sidelines.
The 27-year-old sustained a hamstring injury in training and will be facing approximately 10-12 weeks on his rehabilitation.
Tom’s injury also means he, unfortunately, won’t be joining the rest of the team at our Pre-Season training camp in Spain.
We'd like to wish Tom a speedy recovery.
Manager Andy Crosby said:
“We’re absolutely gutted for Tom, picking up an injury at any time is always bad but even more so at the beginning of the season.
“He will now begin his initial stage of rehab under the guidance of Mike Hine and his medical team and as a football club we will support Tom in every way possible.”
