Defender Nathan Smith has won your vote for the Reels in Motion Player of the Month award for a second consecutive month, collecting January's award after also winning in December.

Smudge has featured in every minute of the Vale's January fixture programme, helping Darrell Clarke's side add four points to our League One tally.

Most notably, he helped the Vale to keep a clean sheet in a new look defence with Lewis Cass and Aaron Donnelly at Cheltenham Town, having started the month helping to inspire the Vale to a comeback win at Forest Green Rovers with a few overlapping runs on the right wing!

The 26-year-old has now won back-to-back awards, after winning your vote for December's award.
