Rock last officiated the Vale in 1-1 draw against Northampton Town at Vale Park in August 2019, where David Amoo netted for the Valiants. In the 29 games he officiated last season, he has issued 88 yellow cards and six red cards, and has given 93 bookings and five red cards so far this season.
His assistants will be Richard Woodward and Daniel Flynn, with Conor Brown taking on the role of fourth official.
