Community sports coach
Port Vale FC Foundation Trust is looking to appoint a number highly motivated part time coaches to join the developing foundation team throughout its community programmes.
This innovative role will aim to combine the areas of School Sport and Football Development to ensure maximum impact with individuals on programmes whilst working with external funding partners to grow the Foundation.
You will be involved in the delivery of a schools sports programme, football development and other sporting activities across all themes the foundation delivers. These include Sports participation, Health and Disability, Education and Social Inclusion.

Development GK Coach
We are looking for a highly motivated individual, who possesses knowledge and experience of goalkeeper development within the U9 to U14 age range. The successful applicant will be experienced in dealing with young players, parents and have an understanding of the player development pathway. Reporting to the Foundation Development Manager you will be tasked with the delivery of goalkeeping coaching in training and games across all three development phases. Applicants must possess the appropriate communication and teaching skills to implement the coaching curriculum and provide the necessary environment for the players to learn. You will excel in planning and contribute to the review process, as such candidates should be comfortable in goal setting and the performance reviews of players.

Youth Worker
We are seeking to appoint a number of youth workers to support our youth engagement programme which takes place mainly during the evenings and some weekends. This post whilst challenging will be extremely rewarding and will require working with a variety of target groups at a participation level in priority areas.
Applicants must be able to organise and deliver challenging outreach sessions, lead on sports and physical activity sessions at a participation level within key priority areas whilst guiding and supporting young people in their personal, social and educational development to help them reach their full potential in society.
All candidates will need to hold a Level 1 National Governing Body coaching qualification. You should also have experience of delivering multi-sports and sports specific sessions for a minimum of 12 months.
