We can confirm that midfielder Anthony Grant has tonight joined Peterborough United for an undisclosed fee.

The midfielder has made 69 appearances for Port Vale, scoring three goals during his time at the club.

Grant joined back in 2015 following his departure from Crewe Alexandra.

The 29 year-old has been a key player at Vale and scooped the awards at the end of the 2015/16 season for his performances during the campaign.

He was named one of the club captains when Bruno Ribeiro arrived at Vale Park in the summer of 2016.
