The FA have announced who will be taking charge of Vales clash with Huddersfield Town this upcoming weekend.
Geoff Eltringham will be the man in the middle of Port Vale’s FA Cup Third Round tie with Huddersfield.
Eltringham has officiated in fourteen Championship games, three League One games and three League Two games, giving a total of 65 yellow cards and two red cards so far this campaign.
It will be his first Port Vale fixture of the season, and his first game since his officiating of Vales 2-1 away win at Doncaster Rovers in January 2016.
He will be assisted by James Bell and Jonathan Hunt, while Ben Toner will act as fourth official.
