Overview of Elland Road:
The East Stand, which seats about 15,000 supporters dwarfs the other stands at Elland Road. It is two tiered, with a row of executive boxes separating the two. The ground is fully enclosed with the other three much older stands. The West Stand, now the “John Charles Stand,” Has the dug outs and the television gantry. There is an electronic scoreboard between the West and South Stand.
Where the Valiants will be seated:
The away fans have a section of the upper tier of the John Charles Stand. There are supporting pillars and the leg room is rather tight but with room for 3,000 it should not be a problem! It has been reported that the stewards are very strict, even clamping down on swearing.
Where to eat:
There is a wide range of food available inside the ground, including four types of pies. There is a McDonalds across the Road from the East Stand
Where to drink:
The away supporters have their own bar at the corner o of the South and West Stands To gain entrance you must show your ticket. Howards, a dedicated bar for away supporters. The Drysalters real ale pub is about a ten minute walk away from the ground. It welcomes home and away supporters,
