The FA have announced the officials set to take charge this weekend.
Darren Handley will be the man in the middle of Port Vale’s FA Cup Second Round clash with Hartlepool United at Vale Park.
Handley has officiated in eight League One games and eight League Two games, giving a total of 59 yellow cards and two red cards so far this campaign.
It will be the first Port Vale fixture Handley has officiated in this season and his first Vale game since he took charge of Vale’s 2-0 win against Shrewsbury Town last year.
He will be assisted by Bob Roberts and Paul Hobday, while Akil Howson will act as fourth official.
