The 27-year-old was on stage for the majority of the evening as he picked up Goal of the Season, Supporters’ Club Player, Players’ Player and Player of the Year.
Having joined the Valiants on a free transfer after leaving Rotherham United last summer, O’Connor quickly went on to establish himself as a firm fans’ favorite.
His 47 appearances this term are the most he has made in a single season since turning professional ten years ago.
Speaking to Valiant Player after collecting the awards, O’Connor admitted he was blown away by the recognition he has received.
“To get one award is great but to get four is special,” he said. “It’s been a long season; there have been ups and down but at the end of the season, I got a goal today, I scored today.
“It got a deflection but we’ll take that. To get the four awards tonight, the Players’ Player of the Season is the most important for me.
“It shows the lads appreciate you a lot and I’m over the moon to win four."
