“They’ve let it run and we’ve seen it time and time again and it’s hit somebody else who has hit somebody’s head and gone in.

 

“It’s just the worst goal to concede and again we don’t give ourselves the best start to the game but overall, from a performance point of view and their work rate and effort, I can’t fault them.

 

“I thought they were excellent with regards to their effort throughout the game, they gave me absolutely everything and we’ve created chance after chance.

 

“I think we’ve created 14 chances against a very good team second half so we’ve got to take the positives out of that and take it into Tuesday’s game.”
