James Adcock will referee Port Vale’s clash with Bury on Monday.

The Valiants take on the Shakers at 3pm in the afternoon in what will be Tom Pope’s first visit to Vale Park since he left the Club.

Mr Adcock has officiated 15 games so far this season, brandishing 38 yellow cards. He is yet to send a player off.

He last took charge of a game involving Vale last season when Rob Page’s side drew 2-2 with Scunthorpe United.

Neil Davies and Paul Hodskinson will be the assistant referees on the sidelines while David Plowright will be the fourth official.
