As you may be aware, a new ticketing and retail solution was implemented by myself recently. Over the last week or so it has been identified that the WIFI cabling that services the stadium has been damaged which could have an impact on the use of scanners for entry into the stadium.
In order to ensure this does not disrupt entry for the forthcoming league games for season ticket holders, I have taken the precaution of having 3 league game tickets printed for the Walsall, Notts County and Chesterfield games and the season ticket card will be able to be used for entry to the stadium from the 16th September for the Bristol City home game.
Season tickets are available for collection from Friday 1st August and including Saturday 2nd and Monday 4th August. We would appreciate that season ticket holders bring their receipt for the purchase of the season ticket or a form of ID, if this is not available, in order to speed up the collection process.
Please note that we will be unable to exchange season ticket seats until further notice.

Friday 1st August 9am – 7.30 pm
Saturday 2nd August 9am – 5pm
Monday 4th August 9am to 5 pm
