Port Vale Football Club is pleased to announce the signing of a new technical sponsorship agreement with Errea Sport who will become the club’s new sportswear manufacturer.  The contract is for an initial two year period, commencing from the 1st April 2014, with an option to extend for a further two years. 

As Errea are the largest sportswear brand still manufacturing in Europe, their in-house manufacturing processes ensures their quality control is of the highest standard and that bespoke designs can be produced quickly, without compromising quality. In 2008 Errea were awarded Oeko-Tex 100 certification and was proud to become the first sportswear brand to achieve this international standard.

As technical sponsor to sports clubs and associations around the world Errea is proud to partner Norwich City, Blackpool, Brighton & Hove Albion and several other UK football clubs and they are recognised as a leading brand both at home and abroad, determined to maintain and build on the customer orientated values for which it is renowned.

Subject to Football League approval of Regulation 38.1 and the tight timescales of manufacture, we are looking for the first team to be wearing the new home shirt on the 25th April at the Sheffield United game, the formal launch in the club shop scheduled for the first week in July.

In making the decision the Chairman quoted as follows: - 

“Having visited Errea last week to appraise the design and manufacturing processes and assess the quality of their products, I could see there to be an exciting partnership opportunity.   For me, being involved from the beginning of the design process for our bespoke shirts, coupled with their Italian flair and extensive accessories range, gave me the confidence that this will more than satisfy our fan base sportswear demands, providing a long-term stable relationship with a manufacturer of the highest quality”.
