This will be our first ever visit to the Western Homes Community Stadium which was built in 2008 after the club had spent the previous 71 years at Layer Road.
The last time we played Colchester away from home was at Layer Road back in January 2006 when a crowd of 4,316 saw Vale beaten 2-1.
