A look at the League One stadiums we will be visiting this season
STADIUM:Milton Keynes Dons Stadium
HOME OF:MK Dons
ADRESS:Denbigh, Milton Keynes, MK1 1ST
CAPACITY:22,000 (all seated)
PITCH SIZE:115 x 74 yards
PLANNED DATE OF VISIT:Saturday December 21st
LAST LEAGUE VISIT THERE:
This will be a new ground as far as Vale fans are concerned. Vale have only ever played MK Dons away from home on two occasions after the club was controversially moved, lock stock and barrel from Wimbledon to reform under a new name.
MK Dons then played their home games at the National Hockey Stadium but have since moved to a brand new purpose built stadium.
We have met the Dons four times since they came into being and they have never beaten us. Vale won both home games and each of the two away fixtures ended all-square - our last visit finished 0-0.
VALE LINE-UP THAT DAY:
Mark Goodlad, Craig James, George Pilkington, Danny Sonner, Tony Dinning, Michael Cummins, Chris Cornes, Andy Porter, Jeff Smith, Billy Paynter, Nathan Lowndes (Chris Birchall, 43). Subs not used: Lee Matthews, Danny Holmes, Jonny Brain, Luke Prosser.
