Port Vale FC are delighted to announce that Ryan Croasdale has agreed a two-year deal with The Valiants from July 1st, subject to EFL and FA approval.
The 29-year-old midfielder becomes Darren Moore’s second signing of the summer upon the conclusion of his contract with Sky Bet League Two Champions, Stockport County.
Known for his leadership and combative style of play, Croasdale joins The Vale following a successful four-year stay with The Hatters which included two promotions, most recently as part of Dave Challinor’s Sky Bet League Two title-winning side.
Speaking of his latest summer signing, Port Vale FC Manager, Darren Moore, said:
“Ryan is somebody that I admire, his willingness and drive to succeed will complement us this coming season both on and off the pitch.
“He is a team player that sets the highest standards for himself and having experienced promotion with Stockport County last season, there’s no doubt that he will add depth and experience to our midfield unit.
“We have fought off a lot of clubs, noticeable clubs, including some at League One level to secure his services and we are all looking forward to welcoming Ryan to Vale Park.”
