Port Vale FC can confirm that Kofi Balmer has returned to his parent club, Crystal Palace.
The 23-year-old joined the Valiants in July 2023 and has made 16 appearances in all competitions for Andy Crosby’s side.
Everybody at Port Vale FC would like to thank Kofi for the time he has spent here at Vale Park and wish him every success going forward with his career.
Director of Football, David Flitcroft said:
“We’d like to thank Kofi for his efforts whilst he has been with us here at Port Vale.
“Kofi has committed to all we have asked of him and it's been difficult to find rhythm due to the couple of injuries he sustained.
"As a result, Kofi has not made as many appearances as we would have hoped for, but has still been involved in 16 games over the course of his time with the club.
“I’d like to thank everyone at Crystal Palace, specifically Mark Bright who has been nothing but supportive of Kofi’s loan at Vale Park, I look forward to working with him in the future.
“Finally, on behalf of the club, I’d like to wish Kofi nothing but success with his career, he is a great lad that has huge potential and we’re looking forward to seeing how he develops.”
