Port Vale FC Women's Manager Henry Knight leaves the club
Henry Knight has left his role as Port Vale FC Women's manager to pursue a coaching career in America.
Henry joined the Valiants in September 2022 when he became manager of the first team. Over the past 18 months we saw our highest league finish and highest points tally.
This season we reached the third qualifying round of the FA Cup, the furthest stage the club had ever reached.
Henry leaves the club in a healthy position in the league, remaining unbeaten up to this point with six wins and one draw after seven matches.
We wish Henry all the best in his coaching career abroad and thank him for his hard work over the past two seasons.
Jack Day will oversee first team responsibilities for the remainder of the season.
