This season, we invited you to #JoinTheJourney and you certainly have! We are currently experiencing our largest average home crowd in 25 years, with a current average attendance of 7,594 at Vale Park, peaking with an incredible crowd of 11,336 in our League One fixture against Sheffield Wednesday in October.
With more unmissable fixtures to come next season, you can now take advantage of Early Bird pricing to guarantee your seat at Vale Park as we take the next step in OUR journey, together.
Adult season tickets are available from just £14.57 per game, while Under 12 Season Tickets remain FREE in the Hamil Road Stand!
Season Ticket Pricing
*12 and Under tickets in the Lorne Street and Railway Stand/Paddock are available for £30, inclusive of up to four children in total (not £30 per child).
Accessibility Stand
2022/23 Season Ticket Holders will have their spaces reserved until the end of the Second Release Window on 30th June 2023.
Accessibility Stand Season Tickets are priced the same as tickets in the Hamil Road Stand and both the Railway Stand and Paddock.
Accessibility Stand Season Tickets were sold out in the 2022/23 season, though if you wish to purchase a Season Ticket and require access support on matchdays, please email Luke Cassidy, our Disability Liaison Officer (dlo@port-vale.co.uk) and we will endeavour to assist you where possible.
Payment Windows / Existing Seat Reservations
2022/23 Season Ticket Holders have until the end of the Second Release Window (30th June) to secure their existing seat for the 2023/24 season.
All seats will be released for general sale on Saturday 1st July 2023.
Current Bycars Stand Season Ticket Holders who have reserved seats in the Hamil Road Stand will also have until the end of the Second Release Window to purchase their seat, with all vacant seats going to general sale on Saturday 1st July.
Supporters taking advantage of the Early Bird price offerings can also opt into a three-month instalment plan, making purchasing a Season Ticket even easier!
Monthly Payments
We have two options available to supporters, as follows:
1. Sign up by 5pm on Friday 24th March and split your payment into three direct debits on 6 April, 6 May and 6 June.
2. Sign up by 5pm on Friday 21st April and split your payment into three direct debits on 6 May, 6 June and 6 July.
If you wish to take advantage of the monthly instalment plan, the last date to register is Friday 21st April, ahead of a first payment on Saturday 6 May.

Payment plans are not available for Under 12 tickets.
How to pay for your 2023/24 Season Ticket by Direct Debit
Step 1
Choose your seat (you’ll need to be logged into your account to reserve your normal seat), make a note of your ‘Block Reference’ and ‘Seat Number’ as you’ll need this when completing your Direct Debit mandate.
Step 2
Select Ticket Type ‘Season Ticket Direct Debit’ and then choose your required ticket (depending on your age), the tickets all show as £0.00, however you’ll pay 3 instalments as per the Direct Debit schedule above. Click ‘Checkout’ – Note: please only book one Season Ticket at a time.
Step 3
Change to ‘Collection Only’(free option), next click ‘Continue’ and then log in, or create your account if you’ve not already done so.
Step 4
Check your details are correct, and then follow the link to set up your Direct Debit (in the ‘IMPORTANT’ section on this page) – complete your details for the Direct Debit, and then return to the Port Vale page to complete the order, you’ll receive an email confirmation of your order.
Once your final instalment has been received, we’ll be in touch so that you can arrange to collect your Season Ticket for the 2023/24 Season (expected to be available from mid-July).

Team Valiants
We are revamping our ‘Junior Valiant’ packages for the 2023/24 season with even more benefits available to junior supporters who join the Port Vale family!
Team Valiant packages will be separate to Season Tickets this season, following supporter feedback which indicated many Junior Valiants did not attend over half of the league matches played at Vale Park this campaign.
2023/24 Team Valiant packages will include a Port Vale home shirt as per previous seasons and many more benefits, however, there will not be an automatic allocation of a junior Season Ticket for each home league match for every Team Valiant member.
However, your junior Port Vale fan can still attend matches and have a Season Ticket, if required, albeit this will need to be claimed separately:
Under 12 Season Tickets will remain free in the Hamil Road Stand with a full-paying over 18 Season Ticket and will need to be directly claimed from the Ticket Office online, in person or via phone, alongside an attributed full-paying over 18 Season Ticket.
Under 12 Season Tickets in the Lorne Street Stand, Railway Stand and Railway Paddock are priced at £30, which will equate to £1.30 per game for one child. Under 12 Season Tickets in these stands can also be inclusive of up to four children (not £30 per child). Again, these season tickets should be directly claimed from the Ticket Office online, in person or via phone and will need to be attributed to a full-paying over 18 Season Ticket.
Further details on new Team Valiants packages and on sale dates will be revealed in due course!
Team Valiants will be split into three sections:
- Baby Valiants (0-4 years)
- Mini Valiants (5-11 years)
- Junior Valiants (12-16 years)
We would also like to remind supporters that the minimum age of entry to fixtures at Vale Park without a responsible adult is 14 years old. Children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Loyalty Points
Supporters will receive 125 loyalty points when purchasing a 2023/24 season ticket.
Loyalty points will be added to your account following the conclusion of the 2022/23 campaign.
