Tommy McDermott and James Plant have both extended their loan stays for a further month with Salisbury FC.
The Whites' first game of March was eventful for both of the Valiants involved, with Plant receiving a career first red card in the first half of the match and McDermott finding the net twice in The Whites’ 3-1 win.
Despite the brace though, the Valiants midfielder has been side-lined after picking up an injury in the 88th minute against Metropolitan Police and continues his recovery here at Vale Park.
Plant, who was awarded the club’s Player of the Month award for February, has been a constant in Salisbury’s starting eleven, scoring in a 4-2 win against North Leigh last weekend and will be looking to continue his impact at Truro City on Saturday, with the hosts yet to taste defeat in the league on their own patch this season.
Elsewhere, goalkeeper Reuben Perry joined Combined Counties Premier North side Wallingford and Crowmarsh FC on 16th March and made his debut two days later in their 2-1 win against Harefield United.
March started positively for Festus Chale and Stafford Town who earned a vital three points in a 2-1 win over Abbey Hey, though defeats to Cheadle Heath Nomads and Alsager Town have left Town six points from safety. The Reds take on Rocester this weekend in another important fixture in their battle for safety.
Durrell Manhertz has missed recent matches but has extended his stay with Abbey Hulton United and looks to be in contention when United travel to Cammel Laird 1907 on Saturday.
Lucas Covolan who is with National League side Chesterfield hasn't featured competitively this month.
