Port Vale Football Club can confirm that Youth Players Tommy McDermott and James Plant have both joined Wiltshire side, Salisbury FC.
17-year-old McDermott signed his first professional contract in July and impressed on his senior debut against Fleetwood.
In total Tommy has made five first team appearances, he will join Salisbury until the end of the season on a youth loan.
Plant, who was a standout performer in the Valiants Fourth Round FA Youth Cup tie against Liverpool and was recently named in a match day squad for the first team has joined Salisbury on a Work Experience loan.
The club would like to wish both Tommy and James the best of luck for the rest of the season as they continue their development as footballers.
