Port Vale can confirm that midfielder James Plant has joined local side Nantwich Town on a work experience loan.
The youngster made his competitive debut for the Valiants against Stockport County in the Papa Johns Trophy on the 30th August.
Plant also featured in the recent 4-0 away win at Shrewsbury Town in the same competition, and he finished the match alongside two other academy graduates, Tommy McDermott, and our youngest ever first team player, Jack Shorrock.
We wish Planty the best of luck for his time in Cheshire.
