Port Vale will host fellow League One side Barnsley in the Papa Johns Trophy Round of 32.
Darrell Clarke's side were guaranteed a home tie in Friday night's draw, having topped Group C with a 100% record, with Round of 32 ties to be played in the week commencing 21 November.
Wins against Stockport County, Shrewsbury Town and Wolves U21s sealed progress for Clarke's side.
The Vale met the Tykes in this competition back in 2004 as a Billy Paynter penalty sealed a 1-0 victory.
