From 4pm today (Sept 9) Season Ticket holders will start to receive their iFollow access codes for Saturday’s Sky Bet League Two opener at home to Crawley Town.
Fans who have already acquired a Season Ticket and for whom we have up-to-date email addresses, should allow until 11:59pm today (Sept 9) before raising any concerns.
Season Ticket holders are being sent a unique code which can only be used by the individual in possession of a Season Ticket, on one device of their choosing. Click HERE for our step-by-step guide on setting up an iFollow account, or follow steps 1-6 below for how to redeem an iFollow promo code:
Season Ticket holders who experience problems or have not received a code, should contact the Ticket Office on 01782 655821 between the hours of 9am and 5pm on Thursday and Friday or 8am to 4pm on Saturday or call: 01782 757066 at those times. You can also email: ticketoffice@port-vale.co.uk.
Valiants, we additionally request that you check your email provider's junk/spam folder, in case the club correspondence providing the access code doesn't arrive into your main inbox.
Ahead of the Crawley game we will also be sending all Season Ticket holders a link to a complimentary digital copy of our new-look matchday programme! If you do not receive your digital copy by 1pm on Saturday, then please contact us on the numbers provided above. Additionally, if you wish to collect a physical copy of the programme ahead of kick off – please contact the club shop.
