With the kick-off for the 2020/21 EFL SkyBet League 2 season being played behind closed doors, iFollow The Vale is the only place you can watch the Valiants.
If you don’t have an account on iFollow, here is our guide on how to register and what to expect as a Season Ticket holder…
WHAT IS iFOLLOW?
iFollow is where you can follow our games live through the Match Centre on game days, with up-to-the-minute stats and text commentary, and with live audio passes and live video streams.
HOW TO ACCESS iFOLLOW
The iFollow The Vale channel can be accessed via the club website here: https://www.port-vale.co.uk/ifollow
YOU MUST BE A REGISTERED USER. If you are, simply log in.
A free “Basic Account” gives you access to the club’s weekly newsletter and a selection of free-to-view videos.

Once you have an account you can also buy Match Passes. You can buy audio Match Passes with live audio commentary or video Match Passes* with video plus audio commentary so you can watch the game as it happens.
*For selected games
HOW MUCH IS iFOLLOW?
Opening an account is free.
You can buy single audio Match Passes for £2.50 and a single video Match Pass for £10.
Please note: Not all games are available to stream.
WHAT IF I’M A SEASON TICKET HOLDER?
Home League games are free! You need to have signed up to a “Basic Account” (which is also free) on iFollow.
Port Vale Season Ticket Holders will be able to stream Sky Bet League Two games played behind closed doors at Vale Park free of charge.
Away games played behind closed doors will also be available to stream for £10.
Season Ticket Holders will be issued with a voucher code from the club no sooner than two days prior to the match, this will be sent to your registered email address.
Once the code has been received, go to the relevant game, click on BUY MATCH PASS but instead of filling in payment details simply enter the code you have been given (example below).
Please note: There is only one code per Season Ticket Holder per match. Do not pass on your code as this will mean that you won’t be able to access the game. Season Ticket Holders will have to buy a Match Pass for cup games, under EFL rules.
HOW DO I WATCH THE GAMES?
You can watch the games on your PC, tablet or mobile phone. Go to: https://www.port-vale.co.uk/ifollow/subscribe/, open the Match Centre and if you have bought a Match Pass you will be able to log in and watch the game.
CAN I WATCH THE GAME ON MY TV?
You will need to link your computer to your TV with a HDMI cable.
WHAT DO I NEED TO ENJOY THE GAME?
An internet connected device – PC, tablet, phone.
A good consistent WI-FI connection.
An up-to-date operating system and compatible browser. To check this, register for an account and watch any video in the iFollow channel. If you can view the video, you will be able to watch a live stream.
