Port Vale are pleased to announce a renewed partnership with Freshview Food Ltd.
Freshview Food Ltd deliver a range of wholesale food products from their base in Wolstanton to 10 counties, covering more than enough miles each year to drive to the moon and back over 4 times.
Since 2010, Freshview Foods’ core competence of delivering food products has developed into providing a high quality, personal service, delivering a range of fresh and ambient products 6 days a week to an array of hospitality professionals.
Ritchie Bates, Port Vale’s Head of Commercial said: “I am delighted to announce the renewed Freshview Ltd partnership with Port Vale. It is great to have another Staffordshire based business on board at an exciting time for the club going forwards.”
“I would like to thank Freshview Ltd for their partnership since I have been at the club and we look forward to promoting the locally based business through the club and local community.”
Richard Harrison, Director of Freshview Ltd said: “The vast majority of the staff at Freshview are local people, many of them passionate Vale supporters and regularly attend matches (prior to the Covid-19 pandemic).”
“Our relationship with Port Vale FC is both long and illustrious, not mere as a primary supplier of food to the hospitality unit at the stadium. Bill Summerscales (Managing Director of Freshview) had an illustrious career as a player for the club, joining in 1970 and enjoyed 5 seasons as a centre back and proving to be a dominant figure in the defence.”
“During the height of the pandemic going into lockdown we quickly diversified to assist the local community and started a grocery home delivery service. Further to this, we assisted a number of local good causes feeding 100’s of local school children that depend on subsidised school meals by delivering regular food parcels to their homes.”
“The Vale is a hugely respected local institution and plays a huge part of the social culture in the region and Freshview Foods are immensely proud of our relationship with the club.”
