To date this season a promotional code has been emailed out to Season Ticket holders, granting free of charge access to the live stream for home league games.
This process was introduced because of the limitations of the iFollow platform at the time and with an expectation that supporters would be returning to stadia in October.
However, the creation, organisation and delivery of codes is time-consuming for all and has led to a number of problems.
EFL Digital, which runs iFollow Vale, will therefore be changing the way Season Ticket holders can access the games, without the use of Promotional Codes. It is moving to a permanent email-based solution instead.
Once this change comes into effect, there will be no need for codes to be passed on to Season Ticket holders; you will simply need to log-in to your iFollow account to view the games you're entitled to see.
In order for this process to work for you it is essential that you use the same email address for iFollow Vale as the one you have registered with our Ticket Office – as this identifies you as a 2020/21 Season Ticket holder. Please check this immediately.
If the email address you received this information on is the same email address that you use for iFollow Vale then no action is required.
If you use a different email address for iFollow Vale to that registered with our Ticket Office then you will need to create a new iFollow account using the email address we use to contact you.
You can register another account with iFollow by simply selecting the Basic Pass (which is free and requires no payment information) and filling out the details.
The data being passed to the EFL is purely for the purpose of providing access to iFollow. Any season ticket holder that does not wish this to happen should let us know. Please refer to the EFL privacy policy on the website.
The first game for which this new system comes into force for Season Ticket holders is our home game against Tranmere on November 14 (due to the postponement of the game against Scunthorpe in Nov 3).
