For many of us at this time of the year, we're able to finish our day at work and come home with a roof over our heads. We're warm, we have food on our tables. Unfortunately for some people this is something that is seen as an unreachable luxury for them, which is why we as a club wanted to help raise awareness by hosting the Great Big Sleep Out here at Vale Park.
Last year Vale Park hosted the Friday Night Sleep Out and we're proud to offer our ground once again to help raise money for homelessness, with the Great Big Sleep Out taking place here at 9pm on Friday 22nd November until 7am the following morning.
Homelessness in Stoke on Trent has been a growing problem for many years, with the number of homeless people always on the rise.
