Following issues experienced for fans using the iFollow at the weekend, the EFL have confirmed that the problems experienced with ITN have been resolved ahead of our match against Colchester on Saturday.
International fans who experienced issues with the feed against Cambridge United after purchasing the iFollow match pass for the game, will be entitled to refunds after each user's purchase has been validated.
The EFL have requested that any fans requesting refunds, please could they send an email to ifollow@efl.com and their support team here will be happy to help.

For UK customers match passes are available to buy for any league games that are not a 15:00 kick off on a Saturday. Our trip to Carlisle United on Tuesday 21st August kicking off at 19:45 will be available to watch on the iFollow for £10.
Match passes are available for every league game that has video for International iFollow users.
Checkatrade matches will be available to purchase for UK and Internation iFollow users.
Due to not owning the rights, Carabo Cup fixtures will not be available to watch on the iFollow for any users. Audio will be provided.
