Duffy, Yates, Campion & Daniel In Line To Feature For Reserves

The Saddlers Are Next Up For Reserves

A number of Port Vale’s first team squad could feature for the club’s reserve side on Tuesday afternoon against Walsall.

Richard Duffy, Adam Yates, Achille Campion and Colin Daniel are all in line to makes appearances, manager Rob Page has revealed.

The Valiants need just four points from their last two Final Third Development League matches to claim the West Division title.

However, their encounter with the Saddlers will be no walk in the park after their opponents thrashed table-toppers Wigan Athletic last week.

The clash, which kicks-off at 2pm, will also be a chance for Vale to bounce back from a disappointing 5-1 defeat to Morecambe last week.

Speaking to the press on Monday afternoon regarding which players could play a part, Vale boss Page commented: “Richard Duffy will have a game, Adam Yates will play a part, Achille Campion will play a part and Colin Daniel will play a part.

"These are people who haven’t played and I feel need games and minutes on the pitch.”
