The refurbishment of Vale Park’s Valiant Suite is firmly on track as the club prepares to embark on its pre-season campaign.
The stadium’s main hospitality area, which houses box holders and Vice Presidents on a match day, is currently undergoing a facelift.
A new bar and dance floor are being installed and the entire room is being repainted with a new silver and cream theme.
Work will be finished in time for the Valiants’ friendly against Notts County on Tuesday 21st July and the first competitive game of the new season – at home to Burnley in the Capital One Cup.
Events Manager Sharron Warrender said: “Work is coming along really well in the Valiant Suite and we’re all very excited about how it’ll look when complete.
“The new bar is now in the process of being fitted and all the room is starting to come together very nicely indeed.
“We believe the work being done will make Vale Park a more attractive venue for events hire as well as for supporters on match days.”
Commercial Manager Jordan Neville added: “The work being done on the Valiant Suite will serve to improve our experience for supporters.
“We are determined to make sure our clients and the club’s fans receive the highest standard of hospitality possible and the Valiant Suite is our most popular match day area.”
