Premier League Defender Seals Vale Park Return

Port Vale are delighted to announce the signing of Crystal Palace defender Ryan Inniss on a season-long loan.

The 20-year-old, who spent around a month at Vale Park last term, put pen to paper on his deal on Monday morning.

Inniss made five appearances for the Valiants in 2014/15 but his spell was cut short after he picked up an ankle injury in March’s win over Coventry City.

The highly rated centre half is a former England youth international and has had spells at Cheltenham Town, Luton Town, Gillingham and Yeovil Town.

Manager Rob Page is pleased to have sealed Inniss’ switch and told port-vale.co.uk: “Ryan is a very talented defender and someone we have been in talks with throughout the summer.

“So we’re delighted to have added him to our squad ahead of the new season, which we’re hoping he will be a big part of moving forward.”

Ryan Inniss will wear number 26 this season so make sure you head down to the club shop and get his name on the back of a brand new 2015/16 home shirt.
