“We’ve made it evident over recent days and weeks that it’s an area we want to improve on,” he said. “Bringing Ryan Inniss in today, I thought he was immense.

 

“I thought he was a head on a stick at times for us. In an important stage of the game in the last ten minutes an he came out and put his head through balls and clears it which gets us an opportunity to get up the pitch.

 

“I thought he was excellent alongside Chris Robertson today and I thought from one to eleven with the work rate and effort that they thoroughly deserved the three points and the clean sheet.”
