WHERE TO PARK

Otherwise there is some street parking in Wallowes Lane. There is ample parking at the ground (£3) just behind the away end.

STADIUM

Although the ground opened in 1990, the large Tile Choice Stand only opened in 2003. This large, two tiered stand towers over the rest of the stadium. The other three sides are completely enclosed with small dated looking stands, with a large number of supporting pillars. The corners are filled with advertising hoardings apart from the corner between the between the away end and the family stand which now has a large video screen installed in 2014.The club hope to develop a new stand, similar and opposite to the Tile Choice Stand, to house 4,000 away supporters, the back of the stand becoming a huge bill board, which from the motorway.

WHERE THE VALIANTS WILL BE SEATED

Up to 2,000 visiting supporters are allocated the Kia Stand behind the goal. There are some pillars to peer round, but the small size of the stand helps the vocal support! There are food outlets and toilets at each corner.

FOOD

There is a McDonald’s near to the ground, in Boothen Crescent to the left of the away end. The kiosks in the ground serve the normal food including chicken balti pies, cheeseburgers, burgers, roll over hot dogs and sausage rolls. There are food outlets at each corner, unfortunately near to the toilets which can lead to congestion at half time.

DRINK

It may be possible to use Saddlers Club just outside the stadium for an entry fee of £2

The King George V pub is in Wallowes Lane which is just past McDonalds; opposite Morrisons supermarket, about 15minutes from the ground. As it is the nearest pub for away support it can busy. Avoid the Fulbrook near the ground – not for away fans!
