Fans who are using official club coach travel to get to West Brom on Tuesday night are being urged not to park on the upper Hamil Road car park.
The Valiants take on Tony Pulis' Premier League outfit in the Midlands in the Capital One Cup second round.
Supporters who wish to park at the ground before getting onto the coaches are being asked to do so on the club shop car park or the Lorne Street car park.
This is to avoid any complications on the upper Hamil Road, where the ten coaches will be located prior to leaving.
They are due to depart Vale Park at 5.15pm in order to get to the Hawthorns for the 8pm kick-off.
