Striker Speaks Ahead Of Rochdale Clash
Dany N’Guessan is targeting more goals in a Port Vale shirt ahead of Saturday’s match against Rochdale.
The forward, who signed for the club on a two-month deal in October, netted his first for the Valiants in their FA Cup tie with MK Dons last weekend.
Having been out of football for around seven months prior to putting pen to paper at Vale Park, N’Guessan admits he is not at full fitness yet but believes he is making progress.
Speaking exclusively to Valiant Player, the 27-year-old said he wants to start hitting the back of the net on a regular basis for Vale.
“For a striker the first goal is always the hardest so I’m very happy, I’m very pleased with the goals and I hope to carry on now," he said.
“I’m going to do my best to score more goals.”
