Can you feel the cold?

Vale’s winter cascade up the table continues!!!

Snow showers, winter storms and sub-zero temperatures are what the national papers predicted early last month for the month of November. However the only showers I’ve seen down Vale are of goals, resulting from Vale’s positive, attacking play and the emergence of the likes of evergreen Jordin Hugill and the ice cold flair of the cascading Jeno Myrie- Williams. Storms… what storms? Oh yes, the Vale storming up the table from the chilli exclaves of lower mid-table to the warming glow of the playoff threshold. Added to this Vale’s newfound positive play, combined with Micky’s tactical versatility has brought some ice cold football to the hallowed turf of Vale Park throughout the autumn. So now the only question which remains is whether or not this cold front will continue through to next summer. Will the Vale be looking at the green shoots of the Championship when spring comes around again! One thing is certain… for me this weather can stick around.
